Position Overview
We're experiencing exciting growth and are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team! This hybrid position requires working in our Calgary AB, office Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
In this fast-paced role, you'll play a crucial part in keeping our operations running smoothly by providing administrative support for insurance restoration projects, acting as the main point of contact for stakeholders and manage project details, to ensure efficient workflow from start to finish.

Duties and responsibilities:
Addressing and resolving customer complaints, troubleshooting issues, and providing appropriate solutions or alternatives in a timely and efficient manner.
Answering customer inquiries and providing support via various channels, including phone and email.
Providing accurate, valid, and complete information about a company's products, services, and policies.
Referring unresolved or complex issues to a supervisor or the appropriate department for further investigation and resolution.
Keeping detailed records of customer interactions, complaints, and actions taken to ensure follow-up and maintain accurate logs.
Gain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate and helpful information.
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
:
Possess a proven ability in handling customer complaints in a professional manner.
1-3 years of previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as a call center or retail environment, is preferred.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, helpdesk software, and other relevant computer programs.
The ability to accurately and efficiently enter information into computer systems.
Critical thinking and the ability to find effective and efficient solutions to customer issues.
The flexibility to handle a variety of customer inquiries and situations, and to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
A positive, people-first attitude and the ability to build rapport and create positive interactions with customers.
The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to ensure prompt and efficient service.
Compensation
: $45,000 and $55,000

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
