Customer Service Representative
to support either our
Product Department
or
Subscription Services
.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, clear communication, and delivering a premium customer experience in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in multiple languages and bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve our global clientele effectively.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers via phone, email, or chat to address inquiries, provide product or service information, and resolve issues promptly.
Assist customers with sales processes, including explaining features, upselling products, and guiding them through transactions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry into our CRM system while ensuring confidentiality and data security.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to create a positive experience for every caller.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share insights for process enhancements.
Product Department Support
Respond to customer inquiries related to products, usage, availability, and order issues
Liaise with internal teams to resolve product-related concerns efficiently
Assist with maintaining inventory records, order picking, packing and shipping as required
Support quality assurance and feedback collection when required
Subscription & Billing Support
Assist customers with subscription setup, changes, renewals, and cancellations
Handle billing inquiries, payment issues, and account updates
Educate customers on subscription benefits and options clearly and professionally
Ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-up
Experience
Previous call center experience or customer support roles are preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a proactive attitude!
Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a significant plus for serving diverse customers.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, along with basic computer skills for navigating CRM systems.
Experience in outbound calling or client outreach is mandatory.
Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs quickly and provide appropriate solutions.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during data entry and call management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
