GoGo Tours is a Toronto-based travel agency offering curated group tours around the world. We provide exceptional customer service, transparent pricing, and memorable travel experiences. We are looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to support our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
Greet customers in-store and provide helpful, friendly service
Answer inquiries by phone, email, and WeChat
Explain tour packages, itineraries, pricing, and promotions
Assist customers with bookings and payment processing
Collect and verify customer documents (passports, travel forms, etc.)
Maintain accurate customer information in our system
Support daily store operations and administrative tasks
Resolve customer issues professionally and escalate when needed
Work closely with the sales and operations teams
Requirements
Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese
(required)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Comfortable using computers and messaging platforms (WeChat, email)
Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
Travel industry experience is an asset
Weekend availability may be required
