Position Summary:
Reports to : Customer Service Manager
Work directly with current and potential customers to ensure that orders and general requests are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain a strong working relationship with customers and sales representatives, and manage all aspects of customer orders to ensure that we provide each account with the highest level of customer service possible.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the proper internal departments to ensure all customer orders are shipped accurately and on time
Monitor the quality of the services being provided to customer accounts to ensure it meets or even surpasses the organization's expectations
Manage all account requests and general correspondence requirements (inventory inquiries, production status updates, etc.)
Coordinate customer art requests and subsequent approvals when needed
Coordinate approval of production packages when required with respective accounts and ensure the appropriate internal departments are informed
Maintain accurate files regarding the history of each account and the status of all outstanding orders
Submit order instructions to departments on a timely basis, contributing to the timely processing of the orders
Prepare adjustments to customers' invoices as necessary
Investigate complaints and, if unable to solve the problem, advise the Direct Report immediately
Follow up all calls for service and inquiries within a 4-hour window, where situations would permit
Duties are not limited to the above and may be revised as deemed necessary by the Direct Report from time to time
Qualification and Skills:
Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field
Minimum of two years related customer service or sales experience, in the golf or sportswear industry
Strong computer, organizational & communication skills
An ambitious, professional, and customer service-oriented individual with the ability to work effectively both independently and with others to solve problems

Pay: $40,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
