We are hiring a customer service representative to support our sales department. You will become a product expert and be required to support and train agents on how to sell and service our products.
Responsibilities include:
Provide information to agents and customers concerning, services, policies, and rates.
Knowing our products and services so that you can answer customer inquiries
Delivering training sessions on our product and services to new agents
Supporting agent onboarding functions.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward agents and customers at all times.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Providing feedback from customer and agent interactions.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Prepare monthly commission statements for agents
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
Fluent in English and Hindi is essential, more languages would be an asset.
High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
Good communication skills, written and oral.
Good computer skills including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
