We partner with the best-in-class manufacturers to bring top-quality dash cams at the best prices to consumers, combined with providing the most in-depth information available to ensure that our customers are always making informed purchasing decisions.

We are currently looking for a hardworking and dynamic Customer Service & RMA Specialist.

The working days would be Tuesday to Saturday with Sunday and Monday off.

THE POSITION WILL NEED YOU TO...

Greet & assist customers via phone, email, in-person, text message, and live chat Deal with customer sales inquiries, technical support, and general customer service Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers Assist the sales supervisor and manager in other reasonably assigned duties and responsibilities Process, test and refurbish consumer returns.

YOU WILL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU ARE...

Precision-oriented A great communicator Able to type at least 55 WPM Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.) Experience with CRM systems Interested in the auto industry Interested in technology

IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAVE...

Previous customer service experience Familiarity with dash cams Familiarity with vehicles (know the make and model of most vehicles)
