About the Role



ChemSpec Canada is seeking a

Customer Service Representative

to support our customers, sales team, and supply chain operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will be responsible for managing customer orders, handling inquiries, and coordinating with internal and external partners to ensure excellent service.

Key Responsibilities



Process customer orders accurately and efficiently Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, product availability, documentation, and delivery timelines Coordinate with sales, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment Maintain accurate customer and order information in the CRM system Assist with resolving delivery issues, returns, and billing discrepancies Prepare and send order confirmations, invoices, quality certificates, and related documentation Support a collaborative, team-oriented work environment

Qualifications



Previous customer service experience (distribution, manufacturing, or related industry preferred) Strong communication skills in English (French bilingualism is a requirement) Post-secondary education preferred (college diploma) Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment
