Responsibilities



Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing customer needs effectively Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and transaction details with high accuracy Engage in upselling and sales opportunities to promote additional products or services that benefit the customer Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify areas for improvement Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all customer interactions Assist in resolving complaints or issues, escalating complex cases when necessary Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality and share best practices

Qualifications



Proven experience in customer service or related roles preferred Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish; multilingual abilities are a plus Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions Experience with data entry systems and CRM software is desirable Ability to handle sales activities including upselling with confidence and professionalism Excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and a friendly demeanor Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.75-$23.50 per hour
