Utilize data entry skills to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling calls professionally and courteously. Engage in upselling opportunities by identifying customer needs and recommending relevant products or services. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently. Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and product offerings.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus (multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply). Ability to analyze information effectively and provide appropriate solutions. Familiarity with sales techniques and upselling strategies is beneficial. Demonstrated ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
