Customer Service Representative
who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a mix of
inside sales

sales support
, and
helpdesk administration (ticket assignment and followup)

What You'll Do:
Inside Sales & Sales Support
Respond to inbound inquiries and assist customers with product and service information.
Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on leads and opportunities.
Support the sales team with scheduling, documentation, and CRM updates.
Help drive sales by identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Customer Service Helpdesk
Monitor and manage our customer service ticketing system.
Assign tickets to appropriate team members and ensure timely resolution.
Communicate with customers regarding ticket status and follow-ups.
Spot trends in customer issues and help improve internal processes.
General Customer Service
Be a friendly and professional point of contact for customers.
Resolve issues with empathy and efficiency.
Maintain accurate records and ensure customer interactions are logged properly.

You've worked in customer service, inside sales, or sales support.
You're organized, detail-oriented, and great at follow-through.
You enjoy helping others and solving problems.
You're comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities.
You're a strong communicator -- both written and verbal.
You're familiar with CRM systems, Helpdesk, Excel, and maybe even Power BI.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
