We are seeking a

Customer Service Representative

to provide professional support and ensure a positive experience for our clients. This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, updating records, and identifying basic upselling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities



Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat Assist with product information, order processing, and issue resolution Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities when appropriate Maintain clear and professional communication with customers Work with team members to resolve issues efficiently

Requirements



Strong communication and customer service skills Accurate data entry and attention to detail Experience in sales or upselling is an asset Ability to multitask and remain professional under pressure
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.75-$30.99 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
