Avis/Budget Car and Truck rental in Regina is looking for individuals who are customer service oriented, enthusiastic and energetic to join our team. Ideal candidates should have flexible availability, good communication skills and be able to work both independently and with others. Previous experience in similar roles or sales would be considered an asset. The Customer Service Representative would be responsible for renting out and returning vehicles, assisting customer over the phone, cleaning of vehicles, related reports, and other job required duties. It would be the responsibility of the Customer Service Representative to ensure each customer receives a positive rental experience.
Job Requirements:
Full-Time/Part-Time
Must be available to work weekdays and weekends
Comfortable working on computers for entire shift
Renting and returning vehicles using company software
Good typing and computer skills
Ability to deal with all kinds of people and stay calm under pressure
Ability to work both individually and with a team
Ability to clean rental vehicles
Must have valid driver's license
