Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at IPC. We are currently hiring as we will be expanding our hours to include a pick up and delivery option to our existing and all future customers within city limits. This role is essential in ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and support during their calls and visits. We are located in Regina with easy access off the Ring Road at McDonald Street North.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist customers with menu selections and promote upselling opportunities. Handle phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring effective communication. Handle cash and all electronic forms of payment as required. Perform order entries accurately on the POS so kitchen can smoothly and promptly fill orders as required. Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and customer experience.

Requirements

Experience in customer service. Familiarity with order entry on POS is preferred. Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus. Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions. Experience with upselling techniques would be desirable Strong computer and telephone communications experience. Some kitchen prep experience is a bonus but not essential.
