Duties

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure clarity and understanding of their concerns. Engage in upselling opportunities by recommending additional products or services that meet customer needs. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry into our systems. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while interacting with customers to create a positive experience. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Skills

Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products effectively. Excellent analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, ensuring clear interactions with customers. Multilingual abilities are a plus; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is highly desirable. Proven experience in customer service roles, demonstrating a commitment to quality support. Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping. Familiarity with phone etiquette best practices to maintain professionalism during calls.

Pay: $15.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
