Job Description

We are looking for a full time Customer Service Representative for Tec Truck Services. CSR will be responsible for creating a front office atmosphere that fosters a high level of service. CSR is the main point of contact for customers, should possess a cheerful welcoming character, helpful, polite and courteous attitude towards customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in Logistics as Customer Service Representative- Preferred

Able to work 40 hours a week (Full time)

Work independently without close supervision

Efficient and accurate data entry skills

Knowledge of database usage an advantage

Developed reasoning/problem solving skills; analytical and decision making skills

Strong oral and verbal communication skills

Highly organized; ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments

Flexible/adaptable to constant change

FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:

Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook) - INTERMEDIATE

Barcode scanner (Linear/ QR Code)- INTERMEDIATE

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Education:

Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:

customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: In person
