Job Description

Replay Message Centre provides answering services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will be responsible for helping customers by taking complete and accurate messages that need to be dispatched to our clients. This is a fast paced environment that requires sociability, cordiality, and respect.

This is a part-time position to start. The shifts may vary between: 6am-2pm, 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, 12pm-8pm, 1pm-9pm or 2pm-10pm.



Responsibilities:



Handle high volume of telephone calls and work in a fast paced environment Able to learn dispatch application Document and update customer records based on interactions NO cold calling/sales

Qualifications:



Previous experience in customer service Must be cordial, energetic and customer-focused Active listening skills Have good spelling and grammar Ability to work as a team player Type 30 words per minute Ability to build rapport with clients Positive and professional demeanor Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize, multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment

Availability MUST include holidays and weekends

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
