Position Summary:



The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the primary point of contact between clients and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for managing customer inquiries, coordinating orders, resolving issues, and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment.



The CSR position is Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

Key Responsibilities:



Act as the main liaison between customers and warehouse/transportation teams

Process inbound and outbound orders accurately in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Monitor order status, inventory levels, and shipment tracking

Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding orders, inventory, billing, and deliveries

Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to inventory, damages, shortages, or shipping errors

Coordinate with operations to prioritize urgent or time-sensitive orders

Ensure compliance with customer-specific SOPs and SLAs

Assist with reporting, documentation, and data entry as required

Communicate proactively with customers regarding delays, issues, or changes

Support billing and invoicing inquiries in collaboration with accounting


Qualifications & Skills:



2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a 3PL, logistics, or warehouse environment

Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes

Experience working with a WMS (e.g., Manhattan, SAP, NetSuite, HighJump, etc.)

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Preferred Qualifications:



Experience supporting retail, e-commerce, or Pharma/food-grade clients

Knowledge of EDI transactions and inventory reporting

Bilingual (English/French) is an asset


Working Conditions:



Office-based role within a warehouse environment

Occasional warehouse floor interaction required

May require flexibility during peak periods

Le representant du service a la clientele (CSR) agit comme principal point de contact entre les clients et les operations d'entrepot. Le candidat ideal est tres organise, minutieux et s'epanouit dans un environnement logistique dynamique et en constante evolution.

Le poste de CSR est lundi au vendredi du 9h00 a 18h00

Responsabilites principales :



Agir comme principal lien entre les clients et les equipes d'entrepot et de transport Traiter avec precision les commandes entrantes et sortantes dans le systeme de gestion d'entrepot (WMS) Surveiller l'etat des commandes, les niveaux d'inventaire et le suivi des expeditions Repondre rapidement aux demandes des clients concernant les commandes, l'inventaire, la facturation et les livraisons Enqueter et resoudre les ecarts lies a l'inventaire, aux dommages, aux manquants ou aux erreurs d'expedition Coordonner avec les operations afin de prioriser les commandes urgentes ou sensibles au facteur temps Assurer la conformite aux procedures operationnelles normalisees (SOP) et aux ententes de niveau de service (SLA) propres a chaque client Aider a la production de rapports, a la documentation et a la saisie de donnees, au besoin Communiquer de maniere proactive avec les clients concernant les retards, les problemes ou les changements Soutenir les questions de facturation et de comptabilite en collaboration avec l'equipe financiere

Qualifications et competences :



Minimum de 2 ans d'experience en service a la clientele, idealement dans un environnement 3PL, logistique ou d'entrepot Bonne comprehension des operations d'entrepot et des processus de la chaine d'approvisionnement Experience avec un systeme de gestion d'entrepot (WMS) (ex. : Manhattan, SAP, NetSuite, HighJump, etc.) Excellentes competences en communication, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit Grand souci du detail et solides aptitudes en resolution de problemes Capacite a gerer plusieurs priorites dans un environnement dynamique Maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Capacite a travailler de facon autonome et en equipe

Qualifications souhaitees :



Experience aupres de clients du commerce de detail, du commerce electronique ou des secteurs pharmaceutique et alimentaire Connaissance des transactions EDI et des rapports d'inventaire Bilinguisme (anglais/francais) est un atout

Poste base au bureau, au sein d'un environnement d'entrepot Interaction occasionnelle avec le plancher de l'entrepot requise Flexibilite pouvant etre requise durant les periodes de pointe
