The Role



We're seeking a

Customer Service Representative (CSR)

who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with ease, and takes pride in helping customers. The role is primarily focused on responding to incoming inquiries, processing orders accurately, and keeping projects on track.

When things are quieter, you'll also collaborate with our creative team on client presentations, provide product recommendations, and occasionally support new customer outreach. It's not a sales role but you'll play a big part in helping customers discover solutions that grow their brand.

Key Responsibilities



Customer Communication



Engage with customers by phone, email, and in person. Provide professional, friendly, and prompt assistance. Maintain a positive, solutions-oriented approach at all times.

Order Management



Enter and manage customer orders, quotes, and inquiries. Track progress and follow up to ensure timely production and delivery. Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams for smooth operations.

Problem Solving



Handle customer concerns and product issues with professionalism. Troubleshoot discrepancies in orders, shipping, or product quality. Find effective, timely resolutions in collaboration with the team.

Product Knowledge & Recommendations



Stay up to date on Ricart's products and customization options. Provide accurate information on pricing, timelines, and capabilities. Collaborate with creative staff to prepare storyboards or product ideas for clients.

Technology & Systems



Use CRM, order tracking software, and internal databases. Maintain accurate and detailed customer records.

Organization & Prioritization



Manage multiple inquiries and projects at once. Stay organized in a fast-moving environment with tight deadlines.

Metrics of Success



Orders are entered and processed accurately and on time. Customers receive quick, professional responses to inquiries. Projects move smoothly between sales, production, and logistics. Customer issues are resolved effectively with minimal escalation.

Strong communication skills clear, professional, and friendly with customers and colleagues. Organized and detail-oriented accuracy and follow-through are second nature. Ability to juggle competing priorities and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Skills



Previous customer service, sales, or administrative experience preferred. Resourceful and proactive with a solutions-focused mindset. Comfortable with email, CRM systems, and order management tools. Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. Adaptable and able to adjust quickly to changing priorities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 - 40 per week
