Duties

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting issues. Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services directly to customers. Conduct retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach potential clients and generate leads. Analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the sales administration system. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance. Provide bilingual support as needed, particularly in Spanish, to assist a diverse customer base. Employ negotiation skills to resolve customer complaints effectively.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service or related fields such as retail sales or insurance sales is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; proficiency in Spanish is a plus. Experience in outside sales or telemarketing is an advantage. Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
