Job Description

Okanagan Label and Print is a locally owned and operated business in the South Okanagan city of Penticton. The land between two lakes has plenty to offer for those who enjoy outdoor activities, but also caters to those who enjoy the amenities of a city with the atmosphere of a small town.
Okanagan Label and Print is a family-orientated business manufacturing premium alcohol labels for the majority of the local wineries, but we also reach beyond borders to serve customers in the United States, Dominican Republic, and Panama.

Customer Service Representative - located in the Penticton Manufacturing facility.

Managing winery, distillery, and brewery accounts. Identifying customers' needs and providing knowledgeable input and solutions. Communication management regarding product quotes for customers and invoicing. Being up to date with new printed products and their composition. Be organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to multi-task and adapt. Have good people skills and the ability to interact with the public through email, telephone and in person. Candidates must demonstrate examples of being self-motivated and possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work without direct supervision. Ability to manage time, creating an efficient daily schedule.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS and EDUCATION

Must have a good command of the English language and be able to write in full grammatical sentences. Must have a very good understanding of Colour theory, including explaining any design elements to customers. Excellent proofreading skills. Computer literacy with print management software Must possess a positive attitude and exhibit great customer service. Effective and strong interpersonal skills
A premium salary is available for the right candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,798.00-$60,000.00 per year
