Drain King Plumbers is looking for an eager-to-learn, highly motivated "PART-TIME" Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!

From 24/7 emergency plumbing services to comprehensive installations and repairs, our team is prepared for any plumbing or drain-related tasks that come our way.

The ideal candidate is patient, driven, and customer service oriented, as our main priority is our customer's needs. Your primary role will be answering incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries, booking appointments, dispatching technicians, and answering any questions or concerns that customers may have. Our goal at Drain King Plumbers is to provide top-quality work and exceptional customer service for customers.
Job Types:
Part-time, permanent, with potential opportunity for full-time
Wages:
between $17.50-$18 /HR depending on experience
Availability:
nights, weekends and day shifts. The ability to work holidays is a requirement. 20-30/HRS per week.

What can you expect from your role?
- Answering incoming calls
- Booking appointments
- Managing incoming and outgoing emails
- Data entry
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints
- Confirmation calls & follow-ups
- Provide fast and accurate responses to the inquiries made by customers
- Dispatching technicians
- Attend monthly staff meetings (Optional for part-time employees)
What are we looking for?
- Fully fluent in reading, writing and verbal communication in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Basic knowledge of plumbing and drains is an asset but not required
What do you need to fill the role successfully?

- Customer service experience of 1+ years (preferred)
- Administrative assistant/Dispatcher 1+ years (preferred)
The ideal candidate should be prepared to provide two professional references upon entering the interview process--the opportunity is available for the chosen candidate to start training immediately.

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 34 per week
