We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Sales Associate. In this dual-role, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support. You'll also play a key role in our growth by identifying and pursuing outbound sales opportunities. Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service through various channels (phone, email, in-person) by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information. Act as a knowledgeable resource for our products and services, guiding customers through their options. Proactively identify and pursue outbound sales leads, making calls and presentations to potential clients. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business. Accurately process orders, maintain customer records, and handle administrative tasks. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Continuously learn and stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a customer service role, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Demonstrated ability in a sales-oriented environment, with a track record of achieving targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.

A valid driver's license is required.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points (Nice to Have):

Experience with HubSpot Knowledge of retail industry, specifically for shelf stable food items.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
