Your mission is to offer support through phone, email, and online chat to customers who have questions about our services. You're literally the voice of the brand, and a strong relationship with our customers starts with you. You will also be a back up for the pool deck representative.
Responsibilities Include:
Answer incoming calls, manage online chat and respond to emails
Research required information using available resources
Demonstrate empathy while building rapport with customers
Manage and resolve customer issues and complaints
Process changes, move-ups, orders, forms and applications, according to need
Make follow up and outbound calls as needed to follow up on leads
Input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record updated
Work with customers to determine their needs and then recommend the right product and services
Document call information, complete call logs and reports as requested.
Manage, open and optimize classes based on needs of business and instructor availability
Provide customer service on the pool deck
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Competent with phone systems and computer programs
Excellent English (speaking and writing)
Ability to fluently speak French is a plus
Able to multi-task and work across multiple screens and systems concurrently
To be a home based agent requires that you are equipped with the following
A PC or laptop
17 inch or larger screen
Mouse
High speed internet
Antivirus software
Phone line + headset
Quiet work space
Qualifications:
Customer service/sales experience (minimum 1 year)
High School education or equivalent
Successful completion of the customer service training (online and in person)
