Responsibilities



Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat Manage data entry tasks accurately to update customer records and transaction details Provide detailed product and service information, addressing customer needs effectively Utilize analysis skills to identify customer trends and suggest improvements in service delivery Engage in upselling and cross-selling opportunities to promote additional products or services Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive interactions Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints efficiently Support team efforts by sharing insights gained from customer interactions for continuous improvement

Requirements



Proven experience in customer service or a related field preferred Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail Multilingual abilities, especially fluency in English and Spanish, are highly desirable Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to demonstrate analysis skills for understanding customer needs and behaviors Experience with sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling strategies Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a significant advantage Professional phone etiquette with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building positive customer relationships

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.20-$28.22 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
