  • Manage customer accounts.
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, fax, e-mail, and occasionally in person.
  • Update and ensure customer database integrity.
  • Action customer technical publication orders.
  • Coordinate the accurate and timely distribution of technical publications to customers.
  • Be responsible for accurate and on-time customer invoicing.
  • Contribute to a continuous improvement culture by developing and implementing enhancements based on lean manufacturing concepts.
  • Other duties as assigned.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE:
  • A College degree in Administration or equivalent or 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven front-line Customer Service experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Able to maintain solid relationships with external vendors and ensure work is completed according to company schedules and standards.
  • Strong PC skills and knowledge of MS Office applications, with emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Write and speak fluently in English (a requirement due to an international customer base).
  • Experience with SAP, publishing, or distribution would be an asset.
