Are you a customer service pro looking for your next challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a customer service representative to join our team. In this role, you\'ll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by answering their inquiries, handling complaints, and assisting with orders and product information.You will work closely with our sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise. Key responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a positive and proactive manner
• Provide product and order information to customers
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with customers as needed
• Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate team for resolution
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computer and phone systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
