Enterprise Aviation Group is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our on-site aviation operations in Oshawa, Ontario. This role supports daily coordination between customers, clients, and operational personnel, ensuring accurate communication, documentation, and service support in a fast-paced aviation environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a primary point of contact for customers, clients, and internal personnel
Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, including transferring calls and taking messages
Process invoices, accept payments, and maintain accurate records
Communicate professionally with customers and clients via phone, email, and in person
Book rental cars, hotel accommodations, and other travel-related arrangements
Relay operational and time-sensitive information to ramp personnel and flight operations staff
Perform flight following and flight tracking to monitor aircraft movements
Monitor and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate documentation related to customer interactions and operational activities
Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as required
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service or administrative experience
Aviation or transportation industry experience considered an asset
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
Comfortable using multi-line phone systems, email, and computer-based systems
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured work environment
Professional demeanor and commitment to customer service
What We Offer
Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
On-site position in Oshawa, Ontario
