We are seeking a temporary evening customer service representative to join the FullMoon Team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for watching the front desk for our evening shift.

Shifts starting at 4:00pm and continuing until the work is complete. (Usually between 9-10:30pm)

This is a temporary contract starting as soon as possible to December 24th. With the opportunity to extend.

Duties

Greet clients upon arrival Create invoices and process payments Relay information between clients and FullMoon Autoworks team members General shop tidy-up Provide customer services

Requirements

One year previous customer service experience Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic Computer skills

Assets

Previous automotive industry experience Comprehension and recognition of many makes/models of vehicles Previous customer service experience Bilingual (recommended, not required)
