We're looking for a

Customer Service Representative

to join our Office Support team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and values clear communication.

Key Responsibilities



Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems. Process orders, returns, and resolve issues with accuracy and professionalism. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Support internal departments with administrative tasks and reporting.

Qualifications



Previous experience in customer service or office support (1-2 years preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Work Location: In person
