Customer Service Representative (Entry-Level)

Start the New Year with a fresh opportunity! We're looking for a motivated and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position. No prior experience required. If you're comfortable using a computer and eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative , you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping with questions, orders and general support. Full training is provided.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly and professional customer support via phone, email and other communication channels assist customers with inquiries, orders and basic account support enter and update customer information accurately work closely with the team to support daily operations (Bonus) assist with basic social media tasks if interested or experienced

What We're Looking For

Fluent in reading and writing English basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, general computer use) strong communication and organizational skills reliable detail-oriented, and willing to learn ability to work independently and as part of a team no prior experience required, training will be provided
