At our Sports Medicine Clinic, we are dedicated to helping athletes and active individuals get back to what they love---and you could be the first friendly face they meet on their journey.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As our Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in keeping our clinic running smoothly every day. Your responsibilities will include:
-Warmly greeting and assisting clients with professionalism and care
-Managing appointment scheduling and coordinating daily clinic flow
- Handling insurance billing and maintaining accurate records
- Answering phones and responding to client inquiries
- Supporting daily clinic operations while ensuring client confidentiality
- Using our EMR (electronic medical record) system to keep information organized

Assisting with administrative tasks such as processing referrals and filing test results
- Supporting basic social media updates and engagement (experience a bonus!)
What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking someone who is:
- Friendly, organized and reliable
- Excellent at communication and building rapport
- Skilled at multitasking in a busy environment
- Comfortable with working with EMR systems
- Experienced in healthcare (a strong asset but not required)

Familiar with social media platforms and content posting (Bonus!)
