Full-Time | Monday to Friday



About the Role:



We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in reading and writing English, have strong computer skills, and be comfortable communicating with customers in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:



Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and other communication channels Assist with customer inquiries, orders, and general support Maintain accurate records and update customer information Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations (Bonus) Support basic social media tasks if you have experience

Requirements:



Fluent in reading and writing English Strong computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email, basic systems) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Social media experience is a strong asset

Schedule:



Monday to Friday
