As our
Customer Service Representative
, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our organization. What You'll Be Doing:
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding product information, order status, and general inquiries.
Accurately enter customer information and update records in the company database.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their needs.
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
Answering inbound and outbound phone calls from customers. Demonstrate professionalism, positive attitude and exceptional telephone etiquette.
Ensures that customer issues are dealt with in an efficient and effective manner while remaining compliant with company policies and procedures.
Review open orders, ensure orders are valid, delivery times are correct, and product is shipped accordingly by consistently following up with team members and customer.
Engage with clients to provide superior services and build strong relationships,
Liaise with warehouse, delivery drivers, finance and sales in order to best support the fulfillment of customer's inquiries, orders and issues; and
Manage administration tasks involving accurate data entry for various reports.
Additional duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring:
Previous customer service experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the capability to provide support during customer visits.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
