Job Summary



IPEX is looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll manage multiple accounts, collaborate across departments, and deliver exceptional service to our valued customers. Principal Responsibilities



Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding pricing, delivery, technical support, and order status. Resolve service issues, delays, and disputes with professionalism and efficiency. Process and track customer orders via EDI, fax, and phone using our ERP system. Verify pricing, terms, and delivery requirements to ensure accuracy. Monitor back-orders and coordinate with production, purchasing, and distribution teams. Prepare accurate quotations and provide technical support using IPEX resources. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications & experience



Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a high-volume environment. Strong communication skills--both written and verbal--with a professional, customer-first approach. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a desired asset Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues patiently and effectively. Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to fostering a positive work environment. Industry experience is considered a strong asset.
