We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
to work directly under a Senior Broker and support our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Senior Broker in managing client files, policy renewals, and documentation.
Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, provide updates, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, policy updates, and record management.
Coordinate with insurance providers to process applications, endorsements, and claims.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Support the brokerage team in day-to-day office operations.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
both English and Hindi
(required).
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Office and general admin tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Previous experience in an insurance or administrative role is an asset but not mandatory.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
