Adecco is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative join our client's team and to support their customer service department. In this role, you will manage inbound customer orders, provide accurate product and pricing information, and ensure efficient online and phone order processing. This temporary contract offers the potential to transition into a full-time, permanent position.

• Pay rate: $18/hour.
• Location: North York, ON
• Shifts: Shifts with open hours

• Monday-Friday between 8 am-8 pm
• Weekends from 10 am-6 pm
• Job type: Temporary with possibility of becoming permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Taking customer orders by phone and online in a professional and courteous manner.
• Entering and processing orders accurately and efficiently.
• Verifying product information, quantities, and pricing during order entry.
• Providing excellent support through clear, effective communication.
• Handling customer inquiries and problem-solving issues as needed.
• Working scheduled shifts, including weekends from 10 am-6 pm, with flexible weekday availability (Monday-Friday between 8 am-8 pm).

Requirements:

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Previous experience in order entry or a customer-service-focused environment (an asset).
• The ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
• Weekend availability and flexibility during weekday hours.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
