Primary Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Create strong and lasting relationships with our customers and co-workers
Complete required paperwork with accuracy according to company policies, procedures and protocols
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
Respond to customer inquiries and requests in person, over the phone, via email and internal text message system
Remain up-to-date on product knowledge and services
Offer your expertise and knowledge on service and repairs, agriculture and trailer equipment
Provide written estimates, prepare invoices and collect payments
Schedule appointments for services and repairs
Create PO's
Open/close work orders
Follow-up with customers
Process equipment damage, insurance and warranty claims
Ensure that all administrative functions within the warranty department are carried out in accordance with company policy.
Maintain regular communication with Divisional Manager
Collaborate with and support internal departments (rentals, sales, parts and the shop)
Assist in maintaining a welcoming, organized and clean workplace and showroom
Use safe work practices to ensure safety of all staff, vendors and customers
Other tasks and administrative/clerical duties as required
Overtime may be required during busy season
Skills and Qualifications:
Recognize the importance of building strong, lasting relationships with customers, vendors and co-workers
Proficient with technology, computer applications, including Microsoft Office and other industry specific software programs
Previous experience within service department
Familiarity with mechanical and agricultural equipment (considered an asset)
Must be accountable, reliable and possess good problem solving skills
Capable and confident individual focused on customer service
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Organized with ability to balance priorities using good time management
Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through
Upbeat, positive, team-oriented in nature
Ability to safely lift heavy products, up to 50lbs on your own
Good communication skills, both verbal and written. (Fluent in English)
Have great work ethic and eager to learn new things
Valid Class 5 driver's license, clean drivers abstract and satisfactory criminal record check
