We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze customer needs will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as you will assist a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities



Provide outstanding customer service. Utilize effective professional etiquette to handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary. Engage in upselling opportunities to enhance customer experience and meet company goals. Accurately perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date customer and supply records. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share best practices. Perform regular duties such as cleaning store, fixtures, pumps. Stocking, locating expired products and setting them aside for write off. Opening and store close. Standing for the entire shift. Other duties as assigned.

Experience



Previous experience in a gas station as a customer service role is preferred. Strong etiquette and communication skills are essential for success in this position. Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions. Experience with data entry systems is beneficial. Strong vigilence skills required to ractify on the spot issues found on site such as pump malfunctions, POS malfunctions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.60 per hour
