Meal Prep Ottawa is looking for a friendly, reliable Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role is customer facing and plays a big part in creating a great experience for our customers, both in store and online.

What you'll be doing

Assisting customers in store, by phone, email, and online chat Answering questions about meals, subscriptions, allergens, and orders Handling order issues, refunds, and basic troubleshooting Supporting the team with daily customer inquiries and follow ups Maintaining a positive, professional, and calm attitude at all times
What we're looking for

Strong communication skills and a friendly personality Comfortable using computers, email, and basic software systems Detail oriented and organized Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy periods Food, retail, or hospitality experience is a bonus
Schedule

Part time or full time available Weekday and weekend availability required Shifts may include mornings or afternoons
Compensation and perks

Starting wage $21.00 per hour, with room to grow Free meals during shifts Health and dental benefits for eligible employees
