Who We Are Looking For:
We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about building genuine relationships and delivering outstanding service. We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who excels at working within established guidelines while ensuring our customers' needs are met with precision and care.
What You'll Do:
Build and maintain strong relationships with our dealers, working closely to understand and meet their needs.
Communicate primarily via phone and email to answer questions, resolve problems, and provide key information such as quotes, ship dates, and product details.
Ensure all communications are handled with clarity, honesty, and respect, fostering trust with every interaction.
Accurately manage orders, quotes, and customer requests, making sure all details are precise and correct.
Provide exceptional customer support by leveraging your math and problem-solving skills.
Visualize the end product from customer descriptions or written information, ensuring expectations are clearly understood and met.
Utilize your working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and quickly learn new internal systems to streamline processes and provide efficient service.
