Under the responsibility of the Customer Service Director, the holder of this position must manage the client accounts assigned to them and provide full administrative support to the Customer Service Director, the sales representatives, and other account managers.
Main Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer orders;
- Ensure the application of accurate pricing;
- Work jointly with the production planner to ensure product availability;
- Work jointly with the warehouse manager to ensure on-time deliveries. Contact the customer to inform them of any delivery issues;
- Ensure required inventory levels are maintained. Manage aging inventories;
- Receive customer complaints and manage communication with the Quality Department;
- Provide a high level of customer service;
- Prepare the necessary documentation to process customer credits;
- Work jointly with the product development team to coordinate any product tests or modifications;
- Handle the sending of samples;
- Provide backup for colleagues during vacation or absence periods;
- Billing.
Skills and Qualifications
- College education in administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Excellent proficiency with computer tools.
- Bilingualism (French and English).
- Autonomy, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Diplomacy, professionalism, and strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure.
