Responsibilities



Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies Perform data entry tasks to update customer records accurately and efficiently Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products Upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive interactions Analyze customer feedback and issues to identify trends and suggest improvements Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer concerns promptly Document all interactions thoroughly in the CRM system for future reference

Requirements



Proven experience in customer service, sales, or related roles is preferred Strong communication fluent in English Ability to perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with upselling techniques and sales strategies Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers effectively
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Pay: $15.25-$25.85 per hour
