Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for arriving customers. You will assist in supporting our efforts to consistently exceed customer and client expectations by delivering a superior customer service experience across the country.

Responsibilities

Greet, welcome, and assist customers with questions or inquiries Process customer transactions using various payment methods quickly and accurately Inform and advise customers and clients on our products and services Support customers with the use and navigation of parking facilities and equipment Validate all defective tickets before allowing customers to exit the premises Maintain the customer service booth tidy and organized throughout the shift to ensure efficiency Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

Qualifications

Must be bilingual(English and French) Minimum of 2-3 years of customer service experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Flexibility to work weekends and other shifts, as needed Beginner to intermediate computer knowledge Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently as well as within a team-oriented environment
