Requirements for a Customer Service Representative:

High school diploma or equivalent 2-4 years of previous experience in customer service, sales, or administration is a strong asset Strong interpersonal and communication skills A positive, solutions-driven mindset and a proactive work ethic Active listening and communication skills The ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain composed under pressure Must be available to work Full-Time on weekdays
