Provide quality customer service to new and existing clients;
Complete customer transactions in a courteous, accurate, and timely manner;
Process counter transactions in a way that meets customer expectations;
Identify sales opportunities and refer them to the sales team for follow-up and closure to meet business goals set by the Branch;
Provide administrative support to Customer Relation Representatives and the Operations Officer.
Qualifications:
Minimum of post-secondary degree or College Diploma in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A higher degree is an asset;
Minimum of one years of customer service or cashier experience. Banking experience is an asset;
Strong communication and interpersonal skill;
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese to effectively perform the responsibilities of the position. Verbal Cantonese skills are considered an asset;
Excellent attention to details;
Willingness to learn and self-motivation to support the team;
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and handle difficult situations;
Demonstrated effectiveness in achieving work accuracy on the first attempt;
Strong common sense and patience, especially when addressing customer requests and inquires;
Proven adherence to bank policies and procedures.
