Duties



Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat Provide accurate information about our services and policies Perform data entry tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy Document customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer experience

Experience



Previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred Having the ability to speak more than one language is preferred Fast computer typing skills preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 2.5 months

Pay: $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Work Location: In person
