CSR Ontario Distribution | Join a Growing Industry Leader!

Customer Service

Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries and phone calls. Accurately enter orders into the system based on customer requests. Guide customers on our products and services. Follow up on orders to ensure timely and quality service. Monitor and track orders daily in the system. Ensure compliance with accounts receivable policies.

Sales Support

Provide administrative support to sales representatives. Identify and transfer new opportunities to the sales team.

Administrative Tasks

Verify accuracy of information on open orders. Communicate with clients regarding project updates and order status. Track orders and inventory (pre-receipt, receipt, and delivery). Coordinate requirements with product buyers. Assist with inventory management and document classification. Follow up on special supplier agreements.

What We're Looking For

An individual with extensive experience in construction products and providing service to contractors.(customer service & support) Strong communication and customer service skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with computer systems (ERP experience is an asset).
