Job Description

Planet Splatter is Canada's largest immersive paint splatter room. We are looking for our newest team member to join our vibrant team. If you like to have fun and get messy this place is for you.

Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer service to customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Experience:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records

Must have flexible schedule and be available for on call shifts. Must live near Planet Splatter Mississauga.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.50-$18.00 per hour
