The Ideal Candidate...

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated individual with exceptional customer service and communication skills. They must be able to multitask and preform several tasks consistently and consecutively in order to provide the best efficient service possible in a fast-paced environment. They must also have excellent skills in office technology and basic business procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties

Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner. Open and close contracts. Achieve monthly sales targets by up selling company products. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts. Answer phone calls and confirm/book reservations. Assist with valeting customers. Complete vehicle inspections. Work as a team player with fellow staff members to optimize branch productivity. Assist with cleaning vehicles.

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum one year of customer service, retail or sales experience. Full G Driver's license and a clean driving record. Computer Literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Energetic and sales driven. Excellent communication skills. Passion for customer service.
