Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, processing data entry tasks, and supporting sales initiatives. Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy
Perform accurate data entry to update customer records and transaction details
Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting issues
Utilize analysis skills to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions or products
Engage in upselling and sales activities to promote additional services or products
Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive interactions
Support team efforts in achieving customer satisfaction goals and resolving complaints promptly
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service or related roles is preferred
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Bilingual proficiency in English and French is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs effectively
Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of customer service best practices and phone etiquette
Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude toward helping others
